Class is an identifiable, tangible element of a nature's subcultures.

At bare minimum, there is a division between those who are bearers of the culture promoted by the state, and those who have other subcultures, as subcultures tend to accrue around lifestyles.

An anointed member of the bureaucratic class, who has sat through rigorous "human rights education" and essentially been trained in applied critical theory constitutes a sort of clerical nobility, who's job it is to occupy positions of authority, and gatekeep the ideologically or associatively impure.
