Slow down. First of all IDK why you want to pick Ireland. Don’t all EU member states share their criminal and policing data, sort of like how Canada and America do? Also, Ireland is expensive. I would recommend learning Spanish, if you already know English it shouldn't be that hard then you can go to South America like Uruguay has many whites, Argentina too, most Latin American countries have educated white population that lives affluently, even Mexico has this. Spanish is the easiest language to learn for someone who always knows English.
