I'd say it's still possible to reverse the damage that has been done so far, but the people that have any interest in that simply lack state power.
The question is how could these people actually gain said power?

While in the beginning Rome was NOT run by jews it integrated more and more of the people it conquered into its empire and eventually the jew exploited that.

It's true that Rome might have pioneered our modern understanding of a state. At the same time don't forget that science and engineering kinda stagnated under the Roman system, they simply applied what they got from the Greeks but didn't add much to it.
That would be incompatible with modernity.
The west is still ahead in that area but East Asia will overtake us if we stagnate.
