Just how incompetent are these officials? A prison in Texas mixed up one inmate for another and released the wrong person.

Louisiana?), did so by preparing a black uniform via sharpie and time, fashioning a star with the plastic from a trash can lid, and then just told a guard to “Open the Gate” with authority, which he did. Brazenly declaring you are in the wrong line and supposed to be released actually working is getting closer and closer to being a possible reality.
