Stories about people being pricked by needle at party (night club and festival) regularely come in summer.
Victim just feel they have been pricked no trace of something injected. And of course because it in a middle of a crowd, their almost no catch.

It didn't happen. It was mass hysteria. Young people, especially women, heard a rumor about a syringe attack and they went along with it for social media.
