Of course they would. You have a script that requests the output of a program and posts it to 4chan. When that program is outputting a java lang exception it posts that because you never put in any error detection, just blindly assuming the output is good. That's web dev for you.
It's less clear why they'd set the org string to mossad. That implies it's not a state bot but a poltard doing it.

Yeah the bot wont do that, who's to say that isnt human error? Im sure at some level, you still need a person to help a group of bots. One guy has, maybe 5-10 bots. That way his voice appeara 5x 10x times larger than it is online.

Even if it isnt a bot, I still think this implies outside agencies are attempting to manipulate the discourse here
