Even if we've only been monitoring these things for a short period of time and we don't know the frequency of these types of comets, there's no way that we get a billion of them a year which might be what is required to have a decent chance of an interstellar comet fitting this orbit. We also shouldn't rule out the possibility that it's aliens just because the biggest proponent of that theory is a kike.

No. Ejecta from the moon would be very slow relative to the earth so basically.. it would simply rain rocks, sometimes molten, instead of them exploding, which is mainly a speed issue, and orbital speeds are low by asteroid standards.
