who would've thought that outside of research. mundane tasks (emails/invoice/etc), and software engineering, that generative AI is useless dogshit to paul's plumbing business.

Classic pump and dump. This coming IT crash will be the biggest one ever.

it's ok though, AI still lets retards cheat at school and HR write emails so all of you are going to be paid less, forever, regardless.

Now enjoy your new career as somebody who un-vibes vibecode for $13/h. yes it's different from being a programmer -- you get paid 1/5th as much and you'll like it.

A great majority of AI is fake for investors.

This article is referring to LLMs, not AI as a whole. AI used for surveillance or manufacturing is very effective, LLMs are basically only useful for writing brief summaries, and automating basic tasks.

They can produce code as good as the average team of jeets, so no need to outsource to durgasoftland anymore. Also what do they expect when they deliberately train AI to ignore the blindingly obvious connections it makes because some leftards and jews get offended at the truth?

Paul's plumbing could use it as an assistant or agent. To answer and book appointments and to schedule services. Beyond that. It is useless.
Don't worry though. I was working and a floor cleaner was cleaning the floors without an operator. I saw a guy walking behind it. I said, "they are taking our jobs" he replied "I don't want to clean the floors anyways". They will do more jobs in the future. Its just a matter of time until it can do other tasks like basic landscaping.

This is the correct answer. This agent can also be tasked with making suggestions for followup business with previous customers.

>most pilot programs fail because they're a pilot experiment
Wow. But I guess because AI is in the subject this is suddenly big news.

Biggest problem is that many businesses are chasing AI just to say they have it/are using it so they don't appear behind the curve. This is retarded and a waste of money.

Yea
I'm actually impressed by how much better ChatGPT has gotten. I also love goog's AI search assistant that can just ANSWER my question without me having to wade through SEO garbage sites. I don't trust 100% what the AI search returns (and it's often wrong because it doesn't understand context) but it's a great starting point because it's much easier to confirm a stated fact (e.x. the dimensions of ignition coil bolts for my make/model of car) than to find that fact in the first place.

They released it way too early. I don't think most people realize how often it is wrong. In Google, the AI at the top of the results is often contradicted by the first few search results.

$SOXL. Triple leveraged semiconductors. If you'd timed it well 6 months ago you could've tripled your money by now. It'll happen again when the Actually Indians bubble pops.

OpenAI should rebrand as a search engine
