The Church doesn’t own any of that. It’s worth $1 each so you can’t resell it and if the Church gave it up it goes back to Italy because it’s considered Italian heritage.

Did you know you can't sue charities? Well, actually that isn't true anymore, people finally realized "churches not being able to be held liable for gross negligence is bad actually" so now there's just statutory maximum recoveries which means they can file for summary judgment and always get it. There was a time in the past you couldn't sue a charity because "they're doing public good, if they're defendant in a lawsuit people won't trust them".
