Now look my little reactionary brainlet, he came illegally, was picked up to be deported but was granted a stay as he claimed asylum. This was all granted during the first Trump administration. Since his status became legal pending court hearings, he had the right to work and have a driver's license. All 50 states would recognize this status, lest you have thousands more living homeless in the streets.
