It's a nice coping mechanism till its not.

I don't know what a pint is we don't use feet and toes to measure stuff like you retards. 500ml of vodka has around 500kcal, which will turn your 1500kcal diet into maintenance diet and keep you fat.

3 or 4 16 oz 7% IPA tallboys in a couple hours every couple days get me going with no real downsides. Account for the calories and I don't get fat. I know IPAs are considered onions, but I go overboard on spirits and they end up making me sick. And weaker beers don't do it for me in terms of getting a buzz

Vodka on ice straight or with lemonade and lime is a good refresher for any occasion. Whisky and coke is a close contender. Tequila is good for parties, always have spirits on ice no matter what it is.
Red wine is good for meals, the occasional chilled beer is good on a hot day but never more than five’ish or I start to feel sick and it makes you fat. Japanese beers are superior, corona is alright. The rest are generally bad.
Gin is trash. White wine is trash.
Rum and Saki is good with the boys. Cruisers if you’re with a girl.
Beer if you’re camping.
