Russians wanted to form a gigantic pan Slavic super empire in Central europe.

France wanted to break Germany (or at least annex the Rhine land.) So it could be western Europe top dog like in the medieval ages again.

Anglo's wanted to get rid of Germany's navy and circumcise their industrial production.

Germany wanted to push Russia away from its borders, and to integrate Austro-Hungarian into its economic sphere and empire eventually. But it had to deal with France first to accomplish that.


They all failed in their objectives and became America's irrelevant side bitches instead (although the Russians are still in denial about that.)
