There is a russian motorcycle club (mc) called night wolves, they’re nationalistic/patriotic for Russia where they formed and Putin is fond of them, their numbers are unknown and can only be guessed at, some of them partake in the violence in Ukraine, Putin has rode with them on more than one occasion

So now you know why Putin rides harley’s...maybe night wolves have a chapter in Alaska

Wolves probably have an embassy of sorts in Alaska but that is Hell's Angels territory. I've seen a webm on here of an Angel riding in white-out blizzard conditions up in AK. He had a little single-wheel outrigger off to the right for a stability buff but was otherwise in his regular-ass leathers, not giving a fuck.
