Training a model is a data/hardware resource contraint, not a manpower constraint. It's mostly a braindead level of python programming, the data is a much harder problem. Pytorch isn't complex and interacting with them is child's play at this point. The problems as they stand are lack of data, lack of clean/sanitized data, a diminishing return on parameters.
