You would think with AI they would be able to have better surveillance of the wall and stuff like that. I think people are being a tad too negative of the black paint thing though. It will deter more people from crossing during the day time. Basically anything you can do really. Next stage is to install random alarms which are super loud when people approach the wall. Just shit like that to deter.

As someone from the worst ‘first world’ country. I can tell you guys a deterrent is the most important thing. Make it difficult, make it annoying, make it not worth their time.
