There's no way it's going to hit either Mars or Earth. The object appears to be pretty small and will become smaller as the Sun's heat and solar wind keeps stripping it of mass. Anyway, it's going too fast and is speeding up due to Sun's gravity giving it an additional pull, which is all absolutely normal occurrences with comets, which then begin to slow down after reaching perihelion, due to Sun pulling on it as it's on a trajectory which leads it out of the Solar System.
Nothing unusual so far. Only clickbait sites like in the OP make up insane scenarios for people who don't hold any interest in astronomy or physics, appealing to both their imagination and fear of an almost Biblical catastrophe - only that this one is a pretty small comet made mostly of volatiles, meaning in our atmosphere it would lose enormous amounts of mass by the second - since, again, it's mostly made of ices.

You need a powerful telescope, like Hubble, and even Hubble images with false color added show a coma with characteristic dust all around just beginning to form. It will reach perihelion late in October, so until then, it will be only noticeable in amateur telescopes as this point of light moving quickly compared to the background (with photos taken every day for comparison). It's just beginning to form a proper coma and then, a tail. Since it's a small object, we can't count on a Hale-Bopp spectacle.
