Most drugs are so common they are basically decriminalized. You can go to any festival, train station or nightclub and find people who will sell you this shit.

If you legalized them, you can heavily regulate the industry so that it's only organic drugs and must be priced reasonably and have high potency for THC or psychedelic stuff and make it easy for anyone to get in and profit from the business.

Why should it be legal to begin with? Doing drugs isn't something that should be encouraged. People who want to get high find ways to do it already.

The problem with drug legalization is the people it brings with it. If to look at Czech that legalized weed and has a history of prostitution it just attracts scummy people. These people usually cost more money than they bring in.

The US is unique, I doubt that your model would work anywhere else.

The laws on drugs are different from country to country in Europe, some have more lenient laws and some have less lenient laws. Anyway, people don't care about the law and just do it anyway.
