Just a few years back my flea market was filled with white sellers having leather and smoke shops. Barely any Mexican in sight.
Now there’s entire rows with Mexicans and you hear spanish wherever you go.
My bank now has bilingual tellers and bankers.
My Walmart is filled with these shits.
They’re at the gas stations hanging out on the corner. They’re on the sides of the roads selling fruit.
I’m utterly amazed how fast they’re spreading. It’s like I’m looking at a virus.

Why do Mexicans who are born and raised in the U.S speak Spanish as a first language though? this doesn't make any sense if they have been schooled in the U.S and brought up in the U.S system. Pakis here for example know Urdu and can speak some Urdu but they do not use it as their main language especially the younger generation they all speak English and just use Urdu if they need it. It's strange that all zoomer Mexicans wouldn't know English and would only use Spanish if they have been born, raised, and schooled in the U.S?

You don't need to know a word of English to get by in California. Most places only hire beaners, including government jobs. They even have their own OTA TV and radio stations. They can just walk into any establishment, ramble in Spanish and they will be catered to, including the California department of motor vehicles. They can get a license without knowing a word of English or having American ID.

It's quite common for Mexicans to not speak English despite living in the US for a decade+, those aren't teaching their kids the language. Even if the parents speak English, they likely use their first language at home. Also Spanish appears to be spoken more often than English in some places, no need to learn English if you live there probably.
