There is no point in developing all of this. We all know that the war between US and China, when/if it happens, will go nuclear over the Pacific straight the first week.

We learned from Operation Crossroad that a single nuclear torpedo can wipe out an entire Navy flotilla. As such, during the first week, both Navy’s will destroy each other to a very high degree using nukes. The Navy that will prevail will gain dominance over the oceans. That will be followed by the internal collapse of the opponent and a lengthy civil war while the prevailing faction will rebuild its navy and gain dominance over the rest of the world.
