Its because nobody can hold them accountable. Their management has to trust whatever verdict they have. Its a conspiracy... I knew this was going to happen a long long time ago after having to work with these shit skins. I would hold them accountable but nothing ever got done because there was so many of them. And as a result my workload became too high.
