>>513587125Nonetheless, there were National Socialists carrying out atrocities, I believe. And various groups like Gypsies, Jews, some of the disabled, homosexuals, political dissidents like communists, Jehovahโs Witnesses, Poles, etc., were not just being placed in concentration camps for a โfun timeโ, or a vacation.
Iโve always found full-blown Holocaust denial a little silly for this reason, because โฆ what else would be the plan with these millions of their own citizens, or of nearby European territory theyโd occupied like in Poland, in such camps?
Gas chambers seem to have been exaggerated in their centrality to the Holocaust, or Nazi Germanyโs crimes against humanity generally, maybe because of how striking the image is, and it suggests a relatively more high-tech, systematized, industrialized way of killing vast swathes of people (with a chemical agent). But there were also just things like mass shootings and executions, too. Or, yes, also starvation and diseases like typhus from the mass crowding.
Nonetheless again, it is true that Holocaust denial/sometimes even just Holocaust-questioning being illegal, from countries like Canada to much of Europe and Russia, is highly suspicious and I think is an obvious outgrowth of Jewish/Zionist power. Because it IS weird theyโll go after you for denying the genocide of European Jews in this case, but not for denying, say, the Armenian genocide, or Soviet gulags and the Holodomor, or even specifically Gypsy-Holocaust denial probably wouldnโt get someone so brutally targeted. (Denying the Nazis targeted or mass murderer Gypsies, for instance).
