Some Gazans (as in the actual population) want to escape Gaza. They are kept there by Hamas who shoot them on sight if they try to leave. Many actually support Hamas too, Hamas is actually an elected government, which is why they stay, they only live there to cause problems for Israel because they can't stand the fact they were BTFO 60 years ago.
Plenty of Pallies have escaped Palestine though to surrounding Middle Eastern countries. Many Jordanians are actually Palestinians by blood, and the Palestinian diaspora is everywhere. The guy who shot RFK was a Pallie.
Of course the reason Pallies can't go anywhere nowadays isn't entirely because they don't want to, it's because a) they're forced to stay there as meat shields for Hamas and b) no country wants them. Not even IRELAND. Arab countries don't want them because of the fear of another Black September.
