Its not a failed state. It needs to exist so all the jews are deported to israel and not allowed elsewhere. Jews and only jews in israel needs to be enforced with great extremism. No jews allowed outside of israel. The same goes with muslims - they should not be allowed outside of saudi arabia. Option B is open borders for israel and saudi arabia - together.

Israel survives economically by issuing bonds, the USA is the only nation that buys them, in other words the USA owns Israel and underwrites them completely, it's not just aid and munitions, it's everything.
