Pretty much. Problem is a lot of that 20 is status quo swamp. Can't really stop calling it out, if there's no public pressure on that 20 there wont be any populist support behind dealing with it, when it can be/is time for it to be dealt with.
I'm still going to play my part of being disgruntled till the entire thing is fixed and cleaned, not just putting a fresh coat of paint on the turd so people can feel good and happy again.
Nothing less than a 100% victory is good enough.
