I have to say UBI sounds cool but what happens when it becomes the only option and if you don't take the shitty vaccines and let them dictate what you buy they cut you off? Doesn't sound so great.

what stops the electric company cutting you off?
maybe competing ubi funds that guarantee they will not cut gibs for political reasons, or strong laws to enforce the "UNIVERSAL" aspect

but just don't depend on it, accept the ubi and save it for a rainy day, and be sure to have an umbrella

Fucking idiot. Do you not realize that if everybody earned the same, the culture would become so that anybody TRYING to earn more than someone else would be curb-stomped by society, and the idea that anyone can become superstars and make great music, make movies, make innovative ideas dies.
The instant nobody can "take off" economically, you've doomed humanity to mutual self-policing, and if you want a forcibly equal world to work, you have to enforce it by problematizing anyone with a semblence of individualism.

That's the core of why I hate marxists and their stupid dog-brains.
