Well, here's the problem: Ukraine's current 2025 population (39,115,395) is only 4 million less than it was in 2021 (44,298,640). So a Russian disinformation count of 1.7 million dead would mean only 3.3 million left Ukraine. So which time were the Russians lying, then or now?
