Turns out some countries have like… literally a few dozen Black people at most
Vatican City, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Tuvalu, Nauru, North Korea, Iceland, Latvia, etc.
Some reports say Latvia has only ~30
Meanwhile Guatemala has only ~28k (in a country of 17 million)
