Been working in in gov for 2 months now, and the work everybody is doing is so easy, and it takes so much time for these boomers to get anything done. They're on great pay, but all the work is shit anybody could do I didnt need to study for 3 years and do all these useless free traineeships to learn how to do this easy crap.

We could easily train our own, but nah we need indians with fake degrees to do our fake jobs for us. Its so demoralizing. At least personally I get a few hours during work to write my comic series, but its just sad seeing all my friends with degrees still working at maccas and other super hardworking shitholes while we get immigrants to take over our fake jobs

I know I got alot to improve but I'm grinding, usually getting a page done every night. Still yet to scan it in, but these are the lines basically done for tonights page

Few reasons:

Firstly it drives up the cost of housing (most politicians have real estate portfolios, more demand = more $$$). If they're not doing it for that reason, they're doing it because they're paid directly by property developers. You may think developers want to sell more houses so shouldn't prices go down? No. Because they want to sell them at a high price, how do you get a high price? Infinity immigration.

Secondly. These people are from totally different cultures and not connected to this place, therefore they don't really give a fuck about what happens here, it's an economic zone. Going as far back as ancient Greece, it was written that shitty rulers prefer disorganized, deracinated people's to ones that aren't because they provide less resistance to shitty policy. In the modern day, Amazon uses this practice, diversity destroys unions. Willingness to join them and willingness to form them.

Thirdly. You can pay people less because there's "more workers" in supply. Every time you hear about a "skills shortage" it's a complete fucking lie, it's the rich wanting to drive down wages. Why do this? People who aren't working just to survive will do shit like form their own ideas, or work to make themselves independent from you....or maybe even have ideas about replacing you in the top position.

The median age in Australia is 38 years old. Most jobs require an absurd amount of experience and a degree now even if they don't actually need those skills. Jeets just know how to exploit worker visas. The solution isn't immigration but governments would rather kick the can down the road than solve these issues.

that's the funniest part, something like 60-80% of them in most countries DON'T EVEN WORK. they literally just show up here, set up shop with all the free shit they're given, and start popping out nigling shitlets and committing crime. they are completely useless and even the ones who "work" are doing it often tax-free in under the table cash, are dodging taxes on forms for real employment, or whatever it may be they'll all ultimately end up being tax negatives anyway

It gets funnier. The explanation I've heard for this phenomenon is that even though first generation immigrants are tax negatives, second gens end up being tax positives, so government imports them solely to breed more workers.
When I heard that I thought why the fuck bring them over in the first place then instead of incentivizing people to breed more? You just created a problem to solve it.
