1 stop eating everything that isnt meat or dairy (DO NOT DRINK MILK, THAT SHIT IS 90% CARBS, you should go for cream which is mostly fat and cheese) No grains, no vegetables, etc. All that shit is pure carbs and wrecks your digestive system. You arent a fucking cow, cow food isnt for you.
2 do calisthenics if you are horribly out of shape, the exercises can be done anywhere and they will help your muscles get back in shape, you dont need to do anything drastic, just exercise until you are too tired to keep going, then stop and rest until you can go again
Squats, push ups, buy small 5kg weights and work out with them. Dont try very hard exercises until you drop back to a healthy weight

I honestly think most of it is genetics. Like white people have really bad genetics. I'm white and I eat a pretty specific diet: eggs, milk, red meats, salmon and fish, pomegranate juice fresh squeezed, rice, whole grain pasta. I've been doing this for a year now and working out consistently. I stopped taking protein drinks because they literally just make my belly expand and nothing else. I still look like the guy in OP pic and I only get fatter.

I have a black friend who eats fast food like Chipotle every day, maybe hits the gym once a week, and he's absolutely shredded. He's not on roids either (he's a nerd with social anxiety who cant get any drugs)

Skip a few meals here and there and I'm down to under 210 in less than 6 months. 2 pounds a month until I'm 190 is my goal. Ideally I'll put on a little more muscle and end up around 200.
