You don't have the slightest fucking clue what you're talking about. The cartels are MORE organized and BETTER trained, not less. Additionally, we share a porous and unpatrollable border with Mexico. Jihadis have to hijack planes to hurt our citizens. Cartels have to get in a convoy, drive out to the middle of nowhere, and simply... cross the border. If you think SF alone is sufficiently staffed to run QRF for the entire border, again, you have no clue what you're talking about.

Cartels could easily massacre entire towns. American police are not equipped to engage in urban warfare with the cartels.

I can't help but think that all of this is an intentional poking of the hornet's nest -- the explicit and purposeful creation of an enemy which provides justification for further emergency powers.
