Go to a russian friendly country. I dont know how long you can stay at those places you wont have a problem going too, but I would jump from one country to another. You do need to make some decent money tho. Its not cheap. But it is possible to go off grid and do online stuff and generate money from that. Crypto can be a solution if you are hvaing issues with payments etc with russian cards.

As a Russian software engineer, you can move to Portugal with the D8 Residency Visa, keep your remote job (if it meets the €3,480/month income requirement), and apply for permanent residency after 5 years of legal residency. Look for some russian companies which do some outsourcing to India. They might be interested to have some russian onsite. Someone who supervises that jeets actually understand what is asked from them, and do what is required.
Some international companies do it. Likely, because it saves time, and helps to keep project within timeline.
But understand, that you will also need to learn not only what particular programming language they will be using, but also their jeet language, in which they operate. Keep in mind, that in India, there are more than hundred languages. Not talking about dialects.
