Homeless people have always existed. The reason why they don't "snap" is because, unlike incels, they are not an unchanging monolith. Most homeless people get back on their feet eventually and new ones take their place. The people that are chronically homeless are usually drug addicts who cannot rebel for shit. Incels on the other hand have trash genes and that's permanent.
