The reality is that the case only existed to interfere in the election. The DA who is proven to be biased against Trump intentionally structured the penalty for maximum harm. She bragged on twitter about the excessive interest they put on the massive, unfair settlement.
This completely flies in the face of how the justice system is meant to operate. Moreover, new york is heavily democrat and it's impossible to have fieled a fair jury.

If you have 100 jurors, and 80 have anti-trump hatred, and you can only exclude 10, what are we talking about? Youll always have a biased jury. Which is why Trump should never have been treid to begin with.
Not to mention the fact the judge and fat ass tish james lied themselves about the maralago valuation and just like in the Alex Jones case, they determined he was guilty before presenting witnesses. The witnesses from the bank proved there was no fraud.
They'd used their own numbers for one, which totally invalidates the claims against Trump. And they said they'd work w\ Trump again. Nobody lost money. Except for the NY tax payers who paid to drag Trump into court rooms in an election year for the primary purpose of putting him under stress.
I could even go further on that and link it to the assassination attempt. I'm sure a seasoned lawyer could reasonably argue that these people were in a conspiracy with other detractors of Trump and they sought to bring him financial, emotional and physical harm by dragging him into the courts in an election year.
