This is the conservative figure I had already arrived at algorithmically, in fact I believed it would have cleared two million but 1.7 was the lowest figure. I do believe that many haven't been recorded but I accept it if this is actually everyone. The Russians have lost no more than 60,000, none of which were dragged off the streets.

Observe that the hohols have only ever been able to project, claiming to have somehow only lost no more than 60,000 themselves, this number never having risen in three years.
