All jokes aside, an Indian programmer will work 30 hours straight when there is a problem. You tell an American to work more than 10 hours and they're going straight to the Labor board accusing the company of violating labor laws. I did an internship at a tech company back 2019. All the Indians ran the company. But you had to keep Americans there because then they would accuse of discrimination. I actually lost my wallet once. I told the HR person and they told me in a very calm voice, "don't worry. It will be here by the end of the day. Don't worry". I was wondering how they could possibly know this and I even pushed them a little. He just said "don't worry, don't worry. It will be here by the end of the day". As the day was getting close, I was getting worried but then HR called me in. Some Indian bro found my wallet and promptly turned it in. I asked them how he knew. He said, "Indian people are very good. We do not lie. We do not cheat. We do not steal. The person who found your wallet probably had a lot of work to do, but they made sure to turn in your wallet before the end of the day. That is how it works in India". If it had been anyone else, all my cash would have been gone. I had like $30. I never even found out who found my wallet and I even tried to find out so I could buy them a beer but nobody would step forward, once again showing that Indians are very humble people
