Yes, but they disagree on the method. That is the major difference and this becomes especially disastrous for Israeli societal stability when the Haredim get to avoid military service whilst they make up a fifth/quarter of the society. They absolutely despise him for not bringing back the hostages as well and instead choosing to get the already-exhausted IDF into a war of attrition against battle-hardened guerilla fighters.
