the last bigmac I ate was at an airport 5 years ago and it was basically all bread. From my childhood I remember that thing actually having a burger patty in it, that last time it seemed like a slice of deli meat. I'm sure they've made it worse now.

The "Big Mac" or as they call it in France "Le Big Mac" is a glaring symbol of American decline. If you ordered a big mac 15 years ago, what you would've got is nothing like the shit mac you get served today.
Bite into a modern big mac and all you'll taste is bread, lettuce, and sauce. Where's the beef America? You can't even taste those thin patties underneath all the toppings. Might as well be eating a fucking veggie burger.

Big macs are garbage. I have no idea why people eat them. The extra bun in the middle is stupid and gay, and the meat patties are the shitty 1/10 ones the regular cheeseburgers/mcdoubles get that taste like chemical slop. The quarter pounder, specifically double quarter pounder, is the only good item on McDonald's menu. Much better quality meat than the 1/10 patties a and has real onions.

These burgers are basically the texture of tofu including bread, patty and everything else. It's a kind of sludge. You could compress it to the size of a golf ball with a slight squeeze. The fries are still good though if you get them direct from the fryer.

Ive had mcdonalds for 25+ years 17 years ago the quality was identical. Fries were better though. You need to go back to the early 90's for a decent quality big mac which I was far far to young to experience.

Fast food was expensive enough for long enough that I learned to cook and now rarely eat fast food, instead saving my meals out for actual sit down restaurants and I can't see myself coming back to it with any regularity whatsoever
