What is the point of the CEOs and upper management of companies like this? It would be so much easier to replace these people with AI than it would be to make a robot that can cook the food, and would cost less and save so much more money. People who make their own company and turn it into something big deserve everything that comes their way, but these MBA losers who take over established enterprises are all worthless HR tier do nothings. Except they don't want to do nothing, so they get into the DEI bullshit instead of just stick to accounting and keeping the company profitable. They graduated from Harvard business school or some shit, so they resent being the CEO of Crackerbarrel and think they're too good for it...so they run the company like narcissistic women who hate the small town they grew up in and think they're better than everyone there.

Cracker Barrel is fucking disgusting and I'm sick of my fellow southerners thinking it's not.
I worked in a Cracker Barrel for 2 months and it's literally just spics and niggers cooking all the food. No regard for hygiene or food safety, moldy food sitting in the walk-in.
Not to mention that anything other than pancakes and waffles comes frozen in a bag, which either gets deep fried or microwaved.

Cracker Barrel’s entire appeal is the brand the way it is. Rebranding it kills Cracker Barrel. It looks sterile and like an office building. Reminds me of many rebrands like the one On the Border received a few years ago. Went from a kitschy Mexican vibe to the same white sterile garbage with bicycle seats on the wall made to look like ram skulls. And now they’re out of business just as Cracker Barrel will be in 5 years

I think it is part of the plan. They teach new managers that they should hire 3-5 peole a weeks o there are 3 new employees at the end of every month until you build the staff you need.
