I would note that unfortunately in Canada, employers participating in LMIA scam make ghost job postings on the government's jobbank site, then they simply ignore the applications as 'no qualified candidate applied' or even waste time on interview when they will hire the mutual scammer who has paid them to be brought in as an LMIA worker. There were H1B visa holders caught in Ann Arbor, MI, Arizona, Polk County, FL, and Frisco, TX.

You don't need to resort to violence. There are peaceful and legal ways to get them to leave the country.
