My workplace is hiring a receptionist/admin and within a day we got flooded with hundreds of applications and at least three quarters are Indian. I've pushed the manager to at least get someone that grew up here and preferably someone younger and they tell me it's 90% immigrants. The ones that aren't are all middle aged people. Where are all the zoomers? I thought you guys were crying about no jobs?

I work for a shipping company and when we started out we hired all the blacks in the area. They wouldnt work and would make hr reports against managers who asked them to work causing the managers to back off and let the floor go to shit. I've heard some things about businesses hiding listings so that temp workers and Indian visa seekers can fill the positions for less so I don't know if zoomers are giving up because they keep getting turned down for foreigners or they can find the listings or what
