On one hand, it's only replacing shitty artists, writers and musicians. People who are actually talented still have jobs.
For example, I play TTRPGs. A lot of people who make character portraits and shit feel really threatened by AI, but ultimately, the rate of purchase hasn't actually changed. It used to be if I needed art for a character, I would just get on google images and find the best match. Now? I just AI generate something. But either way, I already wasn't paying for basic stuff. Before AI people only really bought art if they had disposable income and they really liked their one specific character. Now, they're still willing to pay for actual good art if they have disposable income and they really like their one specific character, they're just also probably generating a lot of sloppa too.
Are artists being replaced? Sure, some of them. There's a lot of low-tier fetish artists who can no longer find a niche because the autistic freaks who would normally commission them are now in a parasocial relationship with jailbroken models.
But, at the end of the day, AI art is still fucking terrible, by and large. It's only replacing rote work, backgrounds, basic graphics, bad quality porn.
Nobody who actually loves art and has legitimate skill is getting replaced. Mind you, they probably will be replaced as AI gets better because every tech company is working on it like it's fucking crack. Who knows how good this shit will be in 5, 10, 20 years? But the people complaining now are just useless shitters who wanted to make an easy buck with no skill.

As someone that has tried AI tools for all that stuff, all i can say is that if you are getting replaced by the shitty slop that is AI, you deserve it desu. The way I see it is that advanced AI will just enable very creative people with great imaginations to produce art without having to jump through hoops for years.
You can think up some great original stories and want to make a movie? Okay soon enough you will not need the right social connections, a shit load of money, and ten years of film industry experience. This has already happened to the music industry ( just check out Soundcloud ), and unless someone comes up for a new model that allows the cream to rise to the top of the barrel then it will become exhausting to find the stuff worth your attention.
Secondly, the seething mas of Humanity doesn't appreciate art and truly can not tell the good from the mass manufactured dross. Even if you have exceptional talent.
