I got fucked over there today I tried to pay on their stupid website and it acted like it didn't go through so I asked the manager and he said it didn't go through so I paid again then I went home and checked and saw I paid twice so I called the store and they said oh it couldn't have gone through twice but if it did you can come back in once it is posted in your account instead of just pending and we will fix it. I use "lawpay" for my legal practice. for no reason at all the *female* CEO (who I assume is new on the job) changed the name to "8am" and the reason in the email I got is becuase "your day starts early and our new name reflects that too". It's not just the logo, its tearing down all the interiors and making them look like modern "chic" cafes and removing the old timey general stores which usually stocked local ACTUAL artisan candies, drinks, knick knacks, etc. Going to different cracker barrels was exciting because no two stores were exactly the same.
They are now becoming indistinguishable from slop like Panera's and you expect us to celebrate? Going to Cracker Barrel isn't just dining, it's an experience. Or at least, it was, until this dumb fucking dyke got involved.
