I think the thing that Americans and Europeans are having to contend with is the fact that by nature and culture, Whites are individualistic. Some people may do things like buy an expensive thing, use it, and return it (I actually did buy a whole computer from Best Buy once because my actual work/gaming rig fried a component and I needed something to work on while it was being fixed, and I returned it 4 days later) and exploit some systems or do greedy or dumb things. Some do. But by and large, Whites are not out here in some collective sharing and collecting and mass-swarming some new tip for how to get free stuff or save a dollar.

Browns ARE collectivist and tribal in nature. They exist in tribal cultures where everything they have can and is often taken from them and doled out among their large family or their community. And so they move as a collective. When they immigrate to White countries, they develop interlinked sub-cultures where they crowdsource ways to exploit and steal and scam and bilk as much as they can, and then they ALL do it.
