People are noticing that the homeless are all mysteriously vanishing in American cities after getting rounded up by ICE and law enforcement, but no one seems to know where they go or what ends up happening to them. Are they being quietly murdered and having their organs harvested for Israelis? I tend to suspect the worst, and this is what I suspect without any more information being given on what's happening here.

You may say you don't care because they're homeless and no one cares about homeless people so what's the big deal. But do you think this would end there? After they finish wiping out the homeless, who do you think they will target next? Maybe you, maybe not. But you can't predict where this will lead.

I lived in nyc 2017-2020 and every winter 90% of the homeless would kinda disappear, at least from the locales I spent time around (Brooklyn heights, wall st/fidi, prospect heights and union square) and it was pretty low or no homeless.

I could spot them a mile away because they’re the only ones dressed in those massive padded coats and jeans. I live in a small city in North Alabama. We've got one of those picturesque downtowns that looks like it belongs in ba movie. We had an influx of bums a few years back because a local activist started a "mission outreach." The bum population exploded. There were bums everywhere, pushing shopping carts full of their crap, getting high or drunk in public. Homeless have always and will always follow the path of least resistance. Wherever has a tolerable climate, lax policing and rich naive fucks to beg from, they will head there. Nah. I had to starve myself this year to not end up homeless myself. I lost 30lbs and I already wasn't heavy at 5'10 160lbs. I lost 30lbs of mostly muscle due to eating once every 2-3 days and then having a cheat day once a week where I ate 2-3 meals. It was bad. Really bad. I'll never do it again. Everyone deserves to eat. Without food there really is 0 hope of ever picking yourself up or changing. You become to weak to care for yourself and it takes months to gain the weight back.

Well we don’t know what they’re doing with them but we don’t need to and it’s better this way, like Kristi said, her job is to deal with harsh realities and do things that might seem harsh, but are necessary to fix problems, like shooting cricket. It’s best we just trust the authorities to handle this problem for us and don’t think too hard about how they might be doing it. Just enjoy life now with the cities being nicer. Let the government bear the burden of the violence and pain, or whatever it is, needed to achieve it.

I think the right solution to homelessness in the US is to just give the homeless some land on the outskirts of the city and just let them build their own shantytown slums and live there. That's just how things work in the rest of the world like Latin America. Brazil CAN'T incarcerate the 11% of their population who lives in favelas.

This is a much better solution for the city and taxpayer than these pie in the sky ideas that 100% of homeless people can be rehabilitated, incarcerated, or offered stays in hotels. There are actual jobs and businesses in these slums in other parts of the world.
