That pic is bullshit. I used to take even higher doses of K2 M4 & M7 and D3, my cavities never closed like in that picture.
The best defense against cavities is never receiving the bacteria that attacks teeth. This is my opinion and there should be research towards this, but I think people who have a history of bad teeth should be BANNED from pre-chewing food for children (that's how I got it, from my parents) or kissing other people until they can get rid of all cavities, an iodine treatment afterwards that nukes the oral fauna, and then a replacement bacterial microbiome from a donor with immaculate teeth, similar to how poop transplants turn your life around (don't transplant shit to your mouth, that's an indian thing).

I feel like the only scammy thing dentists do is give you fillings too early when you're young. When you're on the filling train you're on an inevitable path towards a cap, and then a removed tooth.

The best advice is to just get second opinions on any dentistry work you need done. Treat them like car mechanics, many will oversell if they can.

Just eat sugarfree gum after eating and you'll never get cavities again. I do mean literally anything you eat though, not just meals. Snacks too. Never had cavities but my teeth are still crooked af because bong.

Xylitol is a sugar alcohol, which some bacteria in the mouth attempt to eat and starve due to being unable to pricess the sugar alcohol. It also causes you to salivate. Using xylitol multiple times per day has been shown to remineralize teeth, heal cavities, heal gum pockets, and reverse gum recession. You shouldbe able to see results in about 90 days. That said, most people are vitamin D deficienct. A good vitamin D/K2 would probably help most people.

Modern dentistry is one of the greatest things humans have achieved. I can't even fucking fathom the amount of pain people dealt with prior. So no, it's not a scam. Some dentists might recommend things you don't need but overall it's 100% legit. I am always happy to go to the dentist, even if I actually need work done. I recommend you find an older dentist, a male in his 50s or older. You hygienist should be female.

I eat cod liver oil and dont eat sugar, brush occasionally without toothpaste.
My teeth are fine since then (according to a dentist). I starte ~5 years ago and had cavities all the time before that.

You certainly need to floss regularly. Some Spain Anon on here recently mentioned oil pulling (with olive oil) and it's been a little hard to get in the habit of doing it every day, but it still definitely feels like it makes your mouth cleaner doing it even a few times a week.

I had a tooth that was like that. And I got swallen. Just after 3-4 days it started to get loose . I could slightly move it.
But antibiotic saved it.after 5 days of antibiotic it was fine and dandy.I keep temporally feeling on it. No dentists want to put permanent on it. They all want to do root canal, to permanently kill it.

I tell it from experience. I do not give a damn if you believe me or not. But the antibiotic saved my tooth. I still have it. 5 years later no problems. I just keep a temporary feeling on it coz Incan not dins a dentist to put a permanent in it.
