No joke my wife and I, who have been struggling to conceive for years now, did a native tobacco smoking ritual as a joke and a couple weeks later I knocked her up. Before you ask I keep her locked up in a bedroom with no other visitors so I'm 100% certain I will have to pay for the little gremlin.

But for all smoking's ills... gotta hand it to the natives on that one.

i enjoy a pipe. I made a few myself out of tree branches in my backyard. I dried them over a year, cut them to shape, whittled, filed and sanded them into the stem and bowl, stained and varnished them and now I have a growing collection.
I'll be dying of a rope by the age of 65, so anything short of sudden death is nothing to me at all.
