I’m an appraiser and they’re just equity rolling

funniest part is all of their shit shack rentals will hit the market nearly all at once because they didn’t leave anything to help their kids take it over

the amount of estate sales I’m doing every month is increasing

these slumlords will throw a full fucking kitchen in the basement of a single family home and rent it as a duplex without installing a single additional point of egress or smoke detectors

My grandfather has 12 rental properties and my family wants to sell them all and I agree.

My mom had all this fucks tapes, stacks of VHS with this jew screaming in her face

Dad keeps telling me I need to get in the property ladder. I needed to get on it 17 years ago when I couldn't afford it. He still keeps telling me it's the best investment I could make when I know damn well I'd be buying at the peak, indebted to the hilt and stuck with a shit box that no one wants just a the boomers start dying off and flooding the market with fancy 3 bedroom detached houses in nice areas. I'd be in debt for the rest of my life for a damp decrepit shack with no meaningful equity to show for it.

If you were to counterfeit US money, you would effectively be stealing a very small amount from the US citizens as a whole. It’s morally wrong because you’re taking value without providing a good or service. It causes a small bit of inflation which is devaluation of the currency.

When the Jew owned Federal Reserve does it by the $trillions, they are stealing significant amounts of wealth from the citizens. They are essentially printing their own counterfeit money and spending it, which is stealing from the citizens as a whole. They may use the money to buy 300,000 private houses (Blackstone/Blackrock) to rent to goyim who can’t afford to buy. This repeats until the Jews own everything in 2030.

Eventually the Jews will own everything as the Talmud predicts. Their wealth increases and yours deceases to infinity.

How does that make you feel you dirty goyim?

>By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. - John Maynard Keynes

Not really, the boomers own homes while their kids don't. So when those boomers die their kids will probably keep the house. Unless they have multiple kids one would have to buy their sibling(s) out and if they can't then the house will go on the market. But it's not going to be as much as you think
Anonymous (ID: 7ykppLVE) United Kingdom No.513722369
These will be bought out anonymously by cash buyers when the kids want to flip the house for their inheritance. You won't be able to buy, only rent at a premium rate as bonds are seen as risky.

It’s never this simple, it’s a prisoners dilemma.

Sure, if everyone stopped buying everyone would win, but before it reaches that point, people will start buying. If you wait too long, you will miss out.

If the right home to raise your family in becomes affordable, you should get it before some foreigner does.

You should check zillow and see how much they're flipping them for. I saw a house in my neighborhood a while back w\ a "PRICE REDUCED!!!!" sign, so I went to zillow and they'd bought the house for like, $150k in 2023 and they were trying to get 350k for it. This shit is a giant bubble.. and it's very complex and I think it's fucked up that they've got investment firms buying houses and then these bad deals are linked to people's 401k and then its suddenly too big to fail, or at least FOR THEM.. Im sure if shit hits the fan people will lose their house well before these investment firms buckle.

And also i think they're just printing money, and inflating prices to make numbers bigger and that in turn lets them create more money and it's just a scam imo.

It’s worse than that. People don’t have 401k’s. Even the “wealthy” boomers have like $60k on average in retirement funds.
Americans are spendthrifts. The 30 year mortgage was a genius invention because it was literally a trap that forced boomers to passively save money for decades.
All of that wealth will be transfered to hostpitals and nursing homes though since they will refuse to die and spend $250,000 to prolong their life hooked up to 50 machines with an army of nurses and doctors pulling 24 hour shifts to give them a single breath of life.

My old gym teacher and his wife, both 82, who live right next door to my aunt and uncle about the same age. In both cases, this is the third downtown condo each couple has bought in the last 20 years, the first pair in Madison, WI, Minneapolis, MN, and Appleton, WI, and the second in Milwaukee and Toronto before Appleton.

It's also worth noting that's when they retired, 2005 or so, and sold their family homes for fucking ten times what they paid in 1970-ish. They've not worked in 20 years, full defined benefit pensions with full medical and dental, one of them a public employee, both draft-dodgers.

A fucking gym teacher and a housewife, and a sales exec and a housewife. Both couples raised three kids and put them all through college.
