I saw a house in my neighborhood a while back w\ a "PRICE REDUCED!!!!" sign, so I went to zillow and they'd bought the house for like, $150k in 2023 and they were trying to get 350k for it. This shit is a giant bubble.. and it's very complex and I think it's fucked up that they've got investment firms buying houses and then these bad deals are linked to people's 401k and then its suddenly too big to fail, or at least FOR THEM..
