I have no idea if this is the case, but surely there's some kind of international driving test that must be done to drive these kinds of vehicles? At least in Europe because you're likely going to be going from country to country so there must be some minimum standard that is recognised. This case was in America so maybe he was exclusively driving there but even then he must have had to pass some kind of driving test? Or do countries just go
