How's it going guys? As everyone is aware, the UK is now officially a police state, maybe it always was but it certainly is now. I have a VPN and I'm going to start using TOR. It won't be long before VPNs are banned, so what would be the best way to stil access the wider internet without some kind of facial recognition to use a VPN? I know the Chinese have their ways to keep access to the global internet, what do they use? Cheers.

Nothing ever happens, haven't seen one age gate since this nothing burger, you could setup a private VPN but using DNS servers other than your ISPs seems to be enough.

I'm plotting to use a fake ID/account or a shared account so no one is held accountable (that one will be for general searches only) and a separate private one for all the important details only that I probably log in on once a month. I'll lurk completely I guess, there isn't really a solution, rather they can monitor what I am watching but I simply won't contribute ever again I suppose.
Sad future, but can't see a different way to peacefully rebel against it other than buying a starlink or setting up my own satellites.

The government are stupid, they think people will continue to innovate, invent and create new things to keep this high tech society running but instead as content is removed and censored and no discussion happens because everything is verboten. It's really stagnant and stupid it is, but until an alternative solution is found or I am arrested for something I said back in 2001 then I guess we're in the limbo of uncertainty.

It kind of was but in the background. We could still use certain sites and the police weren't openly banging on doors for tweets. Although we did have people locked up for online content before this government. I think this government are just more open about their agenda. You can rent a VPS in some other country and proxy your internet traffic through it. Whether you'd be able to post here depends very much on what IP address you get, but you're much more likely to be able to post than with any public VPN service for sure

I use VPN to get here, yet i post here from real IP. I'm in warzone, so my niggerfaggot provider banned 4chan. But it somehow allows small packages, so i turn off VPN, post, and turn it on again.
Governments can't detect and ban all VPN's, because it's a technology, not an app.

We are a police state but our police are incompetent millennials and the prisons are nearly full so there's not really much to worry about. If the ZoG want, they still can trace your VPS or VPN, even if its on another country. Money talks.
All they need to do is raid the VPS computer, and trace where the traffic is coming from.
Of course this depends on how badly they want to get you.
In other words, the only thing you can do with VPS is skulkering around like a rat to download anime pronz, or other nonconsequential serf thing.
You'll never be able to do anything significant politically to reach a wide audience, because you'll be important enough get your VPS raided.
