I've done contractor/consultant work and been FTE various orgs.
Current market since 2023 is so warped you don't dare jump ship to greener grass because its only a matter of time that place rug pulls with Indians and Flips by spineless executives

Sometimes the grass is greener. Just look for the signs. You will start noticing the pattern of jeets getting into execs position. At that point you abandon ship because you are on borrowed time.

Also most public companies show their execute team. If you see a lot of jeets or he/hims, she/her's that isn't a good sign.

Get a government job at the municipal or state level. Those jobs are the least likely to outsource. Once the jeets take over executive roles it's over, time to start searching for a new job.

I can DO the work and more, but the last 2 organizations were constantly pushing LGBT / BLM/ ultra SJW DEI shit non-stop. Place I am at now is so fucking retarded with jeets you have to tell them what to do, go behind them to make sure they did it, then tell them how to fix what they fucked up because they didn't listen in the first place

I worked at a business for 10 years and the owner just up and sold the place. I thought I was going to work there forever and now I've been going through jobs left and right with no loyalty. If I get bored with something after a few months I'll just stop showing up. Start a new job on Monday.
